Compliance Policy der Green Energy 3000 Holding Gruppe

The Green Energy 3000 Holding Group (hereinafter referred to as "GE3000") is a group of companies in the field of renewable energies, operating in particular as an international project developer, general contractor and operations manager based in Leipzig/Germany, Lyon/France and Dubai/UAE. We can draw on many years of experience in the areas of site selection and acquisition, planning and project development, purchasing and financing, construction as well as technical and commercial operations management including maintenance services. We intend to maintain and further expand this position in the future.

In order to fulfil this task, compliance guidelines are to be introduced by means of a "Code of Conduct". These set out the basic rules for our behaviour within GE3000 and towards our business partners and the public.

They should:

• Prevent rule violations,
• quickly identify rule violations that have occurred,
• communicate violations within the company and
• enable suitable and appropriate reactions, for example disciplinary measures against the employee concerned and the reorganisation of work processes/preventive measures.

We expect every employee, and in particular the managers of GE3000, to adhere strictly to the rules.
