The procurement of all necessary system components including the infrastructure and the construction site equipment is carried out from a single source by our professional component purchasing department. On the basis of the internally prepared service specifications, we organize the tendering and award procedures for services and in addition ensure compliance with our high quality standards.

Our in-house construction management coordinates and supervises the complete construction process of the wind and solar power plants planned by us right up to final acceptance and handing over. In doing so, high requirements are placed on the process control. The coordination of the individual trades includes not only the plant itself but also the necessary infrastructure (roads, fences, surveillance technology, etc.) and the grid connection.

For the implementation of our projects we develop individual financing plans tailored to the local conditions. We can guarantee these thanks to our long-standing cooperation with our co-investors and our networking with banks, credit insurers and finance partners. Here the range extends from 100% self-financing of the plants via majority and minority interests up to the sale of the projects to investment partners.
