After the opening of the Lyon office in 2017 to consolidate the positioning of Green Energy 3000 in France and to further strengthen the activities of the Reims site, the next success story follows. With the signing of a project sales and cooperation agreement with Energiequelle GmbH (Kallinchen) for the planned Villers-le-Tourneur wind farm in the Ardennes, Green Energy 3000 has taken a further step in French project development. The building permit for the wind farm project, developed by Green Energy 3000 over the past seven years, was granted in June 2017. Green Energy 3000 will develop the wind farm from five planned wind turbines with a total installed capacity of 15 megawatts in cooperation with Energiequelle until it is ready for construction .Despite an existing appeal, both project partners assume that the implementation phase will start in 2019.

"The successful commissioning of the 20 MW wind farm in Saulces-Champenoises in 2015, the 12 MW photovoltaic plant Saint-Léger-sur-Vouzancein 2016, the sale of the 16.5 MW wind farm project Pauvres in the Ardennes in 2017 and now the cooperation with Energiequelle for the Villers-le-Tourneur project are proof of our successful work in project development in France" underlines Ange Da Gbadji, head of project development at Green Energy 3000. "Project successes such as this are important milestones for the management and employees of Green Energy 3000 Holding on the difficult but continuous path from a local project developer to an internationally oriented group of companies," adds Andreas Renker, Managing Director of Green Energy 3000 GmbH.

The project development is working intensively on continuing the growth rhythm of the past years and is counting on a scheduled completion of the highly developed wind farms Pauvres and Villers-le-Tourneur. Further Green Energy 3000 projects of various sizes in Germany and abroad are at an advanced stage of development.
