Mezzanine capital enables further growth of Green Energy 3000

In July 2023, Green Energy 3000 announced a partnership with RIVE Private Investment, which will provide the company with mezzanine capital of 3.2 million euros. This financial support will be used to refinance the equity of the Attigny wind farm (department Ardennes), the Chassenard ground-mounted solar farm (department Allier) and future projects.

The two projects mentioned have a production capacity that supplies almost 10,000 households with sustainable electricity per year. This will save around 2,300 tonnes of CO2 per year.

"This financing option enables us developers to have the capacity to face various challenges related to construction, prefinancing of upcoming and ready to be build projects as well as to development activities. This is a good thing particularly in the context where we are solicitated to do more in the renewable energy development with limited resources, quickly changing context and interest rate increasement".
