At the end of a competitive sales process ('ALPHEE') exclusively orchestrated by Envinergy, Green Energy 3000 and PHOTOSOL are proud to announce the signing of a comprehensive agreement for the construction and operation of the Chevagnes photovoltaic installation (Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes).

This project, authorized for a capacity of nearly 31 MWp,will be operational by the end of 2025 and will host grazing activity with the presence of sheep on-site, as a contract with a local farmer has already been signed.

Through this transaction, a real partnership of expertise is established between GREEN ENERGY 3000 and PHOTOSOL: the two entities will be co-shareholders in the operating company PHOTOSOL, which has acquired 90% of this project, developed from its origin by GREEN ENERGY 3000. Furthermore, a Project Management Assistance contract and a 10-year Operation and Maintenance contract have been signed by the partners.

Meanwhile, the PHOTOSOL Group has negotiated a long-term Corporate PPA contract with a major consumer, ensuring the financing of this installation.

Thanks to the efficiency of all stakeholders and the irrespective advisors, the operation was completed in a very short time.

Quote from Ange DA GBADJI, Director of Green Energy 3000 France and member of the Management Board of the Green Energy 3000 group:

'After several years of development and thanks to close collaboration with the various local actors, we are proud to reach this new crucial milestone for the photovoltaic project in the town of Chevagnes. As a serious developer, we have put particular emphasis on quality development and honoring the commitments made to our development partners. We remain committed to the project by retaining a stake in the capital alongside Photosol. We are also eager to be in charge of the maintenance operations for this future park, where sheep farming will be harmoniously combined with various ecological considerations. This project confirms our commitment to the development ofrenewable energies in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region.'

Quote from Thomas AUBAGNAC, Deputy General Manager of Photosol:

'The Allier department is a territory we know well, as we developed our first ground-based photovoltaic installations there. Today, we have ten in operation, with an installed capacity of 130 MWp, plus 25 MWp in carports and rooftops. Additionally, seven projects are currently under review. With Chevagnes, we consolidate our presence in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region and contribute to the energy transition of a new client through our long-termelectricity resale activity, a major strategic focus for Photosol.'

Quote from Nicolas PICARD, General Manager of Envinergy and responsible for this transaction:

'Despite the challenges of this complex operation, which involved multiple contracts, we encountered genuine enthusiasm from the market for this remarkable asset, notable for its size and high-quality development. We are delighted with this partnership between two players already well-established in the Allier department.'
